KG Law Firm has acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of UTC International Transport S.A. on the agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake by EOS Capital Partners through its EOS Hellenic Renaissance Fund II, the firm announced on 25 October 2026.
Founded in 2004, UTC specialises in freight forwarding and logistics, particularly for temperature-sensitive and perishable cargo, serving more than 50 destinations worldwide.

According to the firm, the transaction was led on behalf of KG by partner Theodore Rakintzis, who spearheaded the legal representation of UTC’s shareholders.
