Luxury multinational Kering Eyewear advances again.
Kering Eyewear, a Kering Group company and luxury eyewear leader, completes the acquisition of UNT – Usinage & Nouvelles Technologies, as announced in March and approved by the antitrust authorities.
LCA Studio Legale’s Daniele Bonvicini, Riccardo Sismondi, Matteo Montironi, and Ginevra Losi helped Kering Eyewear close the acquisition agreement.
Kering Eyewear creates and distributes eyewear for 17 brands, including its own. Lindberg, Maui Jim, ZEAL Optics, Gucci, Cartier, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Chloé, Alexander McQueen, Montblanc, Dunhill, Boucheron, Pomellato, Alaï a, MCQ, and Puma are among the brands.
UNT, founded in 1989 in Morbier, Burgundy-Franche-Comté, eastern France, manufactures metal and precise mechanical components for the whole high-end eyeglasses business.
