Jonathan L. Mechanic and Melanie Meyers Recognised Again in Commercial Observer’s Annual Power 100 List

For the ninth and fifth consecutive years, partner Jonathan L. Mechanic and of counsel Melanie Meyers have been named to Commercial Observer’s Power 100 list. New York’s commercial real estate Power 100 is compiled annually. Commercial Observer noted their 350 Park Avenue joint venture, East New York’s public-private equity development, and Greenpoint Landing’s long-term effort.
