Joffe & Associés has advised Cashbee, a French digital savings and investment platform founded in 2018, on MIF (Mutuelle d’Ivry – La Fraternelle) taking control of 85% of its share capital, the firm announced on 22 October 2026.
MIF first acquired a 21% minority stake in Cashbee in 2024 and now becomes its majority shareholder. The transaction combines a capital injection of EUR 3 million with the buyout of minority shareholders.
