Horten assisted Better Energy finance five Polish solar park development and completion. AP Pension finances Polish renewable energy output.

Horten assisted Better Energy on its term loan facility agreement and other finance agreements with AP Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab. The funds are funding five Polish solar parks with 237 MW of annual production. Most solar parks are grid-connected and produce renewable energy for Poland. Lars Lüneborg and Helle Muff Højbjerg were Horten’s Banking & Financing team.

Better Energy designs, develops, builds, operates, and owns renewable power facilities to help the green transition. Better Energy’s objective is to commercialise, grow, and integrate solar electricity into the economy.
