Baker Botts Securitizes Residential Solar and Battery Loan Agreements for Sunnova Energy International Inc
Deal Description: Sunnova Energy International Inc. (“Sunnova”) (NYSE: NOVA), a leading U.S. home solar and energy storage service provider, closed its ninth solar loan securitization and its sixteenth residential solar securitization today.

The securitization includes $174.9 million in AA-sf/AA- (sf) 5.30% notes, $80.1 million in A-sf/A- (sf) 5.60% notes, and $31.7 million in BBBsf/BBB (sf) 6.00% notes with an Anticipated Repayment Date of May 22, 2028 and a final maturity of May 20, 2050.
The notes are backed by 10,519 solar rooftop systems in 28 states and territories.
