Acuity Law Hires Jenny Wilde, Regulatory & Compliance Expert

Acuity Law has expanded its healthcare offering through the hiring of regulatory and compliance expert Jenny Wilde.

Jenny has been appointed as Partner at Acuity Law and will be handling regulatory cases in Acuity’s Healthcare practice, thereby adding to the firm’s already strong healthcare law bench. Acuity Law, which acquired Goodman Grant last year, has made several notable additions to its team.

Acuity clients will now have access to new services with the arrival of Jenny. These services include responding to, challenging, and appealing inspection reports and regulatory enforcement actions, safeguarding allegations, investigations, and serious care reviews, inquests, prosecutions, Tribunal appeals, commissioning fee disputes, and professional disciplinary matters.

Speaking about her new role, Jenny said, “Acuity Law’s balance of commercial expertise and people-focused approach was a huge attraction to me when finding my next professional home, and I believe its existing practice areas, combined with my extensive experience in the regulatory side of the health and social care sector will create a powerful ‘one stop shop’ for providers across the UK.”

We are delighted to welcome Jenny to Acuity Law,” said Acuity Corporate Healthcare lead partner, Jon Lawley. “Her substantial regulatory expertise is a boon to our sizeable healthcare offering, and we are pleased to provide new areas of support to clients in the sector.
