Shakespeare Martineau has strengthened its corporate team with the appointment of associate Molly Rae in Sheffield. The firm announced the appointment on 15 October 2026.
Molly Rae joins from Knights, where she completed her training contract and qualified as a corporate solicitor in 2022. Her experience spans share and asset acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, employee ownership trusts, solvent restructurings and general company law matters, with particular expertise in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.

According to the firm, her experience will support businesses in Sheffield and the wider South Yorkshire region.
