Gianni & Origoni announces the appointment of Marco Molineris as Partner in its Turin office.
Marco joins from PedersoliGattai, bringing deep expertise in corporate and M&A transactions. His practice spans M&A, joint ventures, and commercial law, with a focus on infrastructure and energy. He advises a broad client base, including private equity and infrastructure funds, listed companies, utilities, family offices, and club deals. His work includes mergers, acquisitions, investments, buy-outs, turnarounds, and joint venture structuring.
His arrival enhances the Turin office’s capabilities, aligning with the firm’s strategy to deepen its ties with the region’s industrial and business sectors.
Marco is joined by associates Giulia Rossi and Chiara Vitale.
With 18 professionals, including 3 Partners, the Turin office offers services in restructuring, M&A, litigation, and environmental law, backed by the firm’s full resources.
