Gianni & Origoni announces the appointment of Marco Molineris as Partner in its Turin office.

Marco joins from PedersoliGattai, bringing deep expertise in corporate and M&A transactions. His practice spans M&A, joint ventures, and commercial law, with a focus on infrastructure and energy. He advises a broad client base, including private equity and infrastructure funds, listed companies, utilities, family offices, and club deals. His work includes mergers, acquisitions, investments, buy-outs, turnarounds, and joint venture structuring.

His arrival enhances the Turin office’s capabilities, aligning with the firm’s strategy to deepen its ties with the region’s industrial and business sectors.
