Giuseppe De Simone: new Co-Managing Partner at Gianni & Origoni

Rome, January 27, 2025 – Gianni & Origoni announces leadership change. As of January 1, 2025, Giuseppe De Simone becomes Co-Managing Partner. He succeeds Antonio Auricchio, who served for 10 years. Antonio helped the firm grow and modernize. He will remain on the Executive Committee.

Giuseppe De Simone has been with the firm for over 20 years. He is 48 years old. He is Co-Head of the Banking & Finance Department. He has extensive experience in business financing, restructuring, structured finance, and NPLs. He works with investment banks, funds, and industrial companies on domestic and cross-border transactions. Giuseppe has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2023. His strategic approach and leadership will help drive the firm’s growth.

Giuseppe De Simone said, “It is an honor and responsibility to become Co-Managing Partner. I will work with Giuseppe Velluto and the Executive Committee to continue Antonio’s work.
