Anna Bens moves from Rittershaus to HEUSSEN. As of October 2026, the construction lawyer joins the commercial law firm as a partner in the real estate and construction law team at its Munich office, HEUSSEN announced on 1 October 2026.

Bens comes from Rittershaus, where she had been a partner since 2021. She is a certified specialist lawyer (Fachanwältin) for construction and architects’ law.

She advises and represents clients across the full range of construction contract law, from contract drafting and claims management to acceptance, liability for defects and fee claims. Her specialisation also covers architects’ and engineers’ law, project management, plant construction and property developer law.
According to the firm, its real estate and construction law team advises across the real estate sector, including national and international real estate companies, real estate subsidiaries of banks and insurers, construction companies, investors, real estate fund companies, project developers, architects and engineers. Renewable energy and other sustainability topics also account for a significant share of HEUSSEN’s work in real estate and construction law.
