Yola Ventresca, Managing Partner of the London office of Lerners, has been named a 2026 Entrepreneurial Woman of Impact by the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and Women Elevating Women (W.E.W.), the firm announced on 21 October 2026.

The Entrepreneurial Women of Impact Awards recognise women business leaders across North America who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation and organisational success. This year, 24 women were selected from more than 160 applicants.
