LCA Studio Legale has advised Kaleon on the acquisition of an 80% stake in Navigazione Isole Borromee Lago Maggiore, the firm announced on 22 October 2026.

Kaleon, a company linked to the Borromeo family, is listed on Euronext Growth Milan and Euronext Growth Paris. Navigazione Isole Borromee Lago Maggiore operates passenger water transport on Lake Maggiore with a fleet of five boats and five taxi-boat licences. The current management retains a 20% stake with an earn-out, while Kaleon holds a call option on the remaining 20%.

The LCA team included Edoardo Calcaterra on the corporate aspects, Leonardo De Vecchi on the administrative due diligence and Giacomo Falsetta on the shipping due diligence.
