Walder Wyss advises UBS on EUR 100 million credit facility

Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG in its capacity as Mandated Lead Arranger, Sole Bookrunner, Coordinator, Agent, and Lender in connection with the renewal of Zehnder Group’s (SIX: ZEHN) CHF 100 million revolving credit facility agreement with an increase option of CHF 50 million. The Zehnder Group is a global leader in providing comprehensive solutions for a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.

The Walder Wyss team represented UBS Switzerland AG as legal counsel.
