Bomchil advised Savencia Fromage & Dairy International S.A.S. (“Savencia”) on its acquisition of 100% of Sucesores de Alfredo Williner S.A., a major dairy producer and owner of the Ilolay brand. The Rafaela-based corporation has around 1240 employees and three Santa Fe industrial sites.
