The insolvency team of Darwin Gray has achieved top rankings for 2026/2027 in both Chambers & Partners (Band 1) and Legal 500 (Tier 1), the firm announced on 19 October 2026.
The team is headed by insolvency specialist Mark Rostron, who was singled out as a top individual in the directories. Rostron has more than 25 years of experience in insolvency law and has been ranked in legal directories for 19 years. Senior Associate Kate Heaney was highlighted for positive feedback.

According to the firm, it has doubled its dedicated insolvency team in the last 12 months. Rostron commented: “It is no mean feat to feature in band 1 in both directories.”
