Paul Hastings has advised Varonis Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNS), a global data security company, on a definitive agreement to be acquired by Proofpoint Inc. for $6.3 billion, the firm announced on 15 October 2026.
Partners Eduardo Gallardo, Jon Kubek and Colin Diamond led the Paul Hastings team.
