In Berlin, the firm handles German litigation and advisory work. Partner Dr. Stanislaus Jaworski focuses on complex copyright, trade mark and unfair competition matters, in particular litigation, anti-piracy and enforcement. Partner Tobias Voßberg, a certified specialist lawyer for intellectual property, advises on trade mark, copyright, unfair competition and advertising law, with a particular focus on the legal implications of artificial intelligence. According to his profile, he was previously Head of IP at Satisfyer / Triple A Internetshops.

The Alicante office concentrates on proceedings before the EUIPO, appeals and European trade mark and design portfolio work. Partner Dr. Carl Zimmer advises on European and international trade mark and design law. Before co-founding BRENTO, he was a partner at gunnercooke; he previously practised with Noerr’s Alicante IP team and worked at White & Case. Paul Kretschmar, LL.M., a certified specialist lawyer for intellectual property with more than 20 years of experience in IP law, will join BRENTO as a founding partner on 1 October 2026 and will work from Alicante and Berlin.
