Dr. Engelking (50) practises as both a lawyer and notary, specialising in corporate and real estate law. She has built a strong reputation in Berlin as a notary with extensive expertise relating to Ukraine, Poland, and Russia, serving both German and international clients across a range of industries. Her multilingual capabilities allow her to advise clients from various jurisdictions.

Prof. Dr. Christoph Schalast, Founder and Managing Partner of Schalast Law | Tax, noted that the opening of a notary practice in Berlin represents a milestone for the firm. The move follows the firm’s relocation to new premises at Jägerstrasse 51 in Berlin last year, which created the necessary infrastructure for expanding the office’s personnel and service offerings.
