In Munich, Dr. Jessica Goetsch advanced to partner in litigation, focusing on commercial disputes in the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. Melanie Schub was promoted to partner in regulatory and automotive compliance matters. In Düsseldorf, Oliver Bäcker became partner in intellectual property law, with expertise in patent litigation, including standard-essential patent disputes. In Hamburg, Phillipp Schmidt advanced to partner in litigation, handling e-commerce disputes and mass proceedings with emphasis on legal technology solutions.
