Kellerhals Carrard — Attorneys recognized in Chambers Global 2026

Kellerhals Carrard has been ranked in six practice areas in the Chambers and Partners Global 2026 guide. The directory, published annually by Chambers and Partners, evaluates law firms and individual lawyers worldwide based on client feedback and independent research.

The Swiss full-service firm received rankings in Investment Funds (Band 2), Arbitration (Band 3), Corporate/M&A (Band 3), Banking & Finance (Band 4), Litigation (Band 4), and Tax (Band 5). Banking & Finance and Tax are new entries for the firm in the Global guide, reflecting what Chambers describes as the increasingly international dimension of the firm’s client work.

Seven lawyers from the firm are individually ranked across eight categories. Bernhard Berger is listed in Band 1 for Arbitrators, and Dominik Oberholzer in Band 1 for Investment Funds. Armin Kühne appears in Band 2 for Investment Funds. Beat Brechbühl is ranked in Band 3 for Corporate/M&A, and Luca Bianchi in Band 3 for Investment Funds. Karim Maizar is listed in Band 5 for Corporate/M&A. Olivier Mosimann holds a dual ranking — Band 4 as Arbitration Counsel and Band 5 as Arbitrator, the latter being a new entry.

Kellerhals Carrard has more than 300 legal professionals and operates from offices in Basel, Berne, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, Sion, and Zurich, with representative offices in Shanghai and Tokyo.
