Schwarz & Partner Celebrates the Launch of “Der Lizenzvertrag”

Schwarz & Partner recently celebrated the successful launch of the new book Der Lizenzvertrag (Linde Verlag)

This is a comprehensive and forward-looking work on licensing law. It also features contributions from leading experts in the field, including their colleague, Andreas Pföstl.

The launch event on October 22, 2025, brought together practitioners, scholars, and industry voices. They gathered for an evening dedicated to the many facets of licence agreements, trademark protection, and personality rights.

After a warm welcome, the editors and contributors set the stage with engaging presentations. These included the “Do’s and Don’ts of Licensing” and a keynote on personality licensing.

This was later followed by a talk from ski legend and entrepreneur Rainer Schönfelder on brand building in professional sports.
