DAC Beachcroft adds two new partners to its health real estate practice.

Victoria Armstrong and Lisa Geary have recently assumed the positions of Health Property Partners at DAC Beachcroft.

DAC Beachcroft, a premier strategic, commercial, and regulatory legal counsel to the health and social care sector, has recently announced two new health property partners, Victoria Armstrong and Lisa Geary.

Victoria Armstrong, who joins from Sintons where she was a real estate partner, specializing in providing public sector property advice to healthcare professionals, NHS bodies, foundation trusts, ambulance trusts, developers, local councils, and educational entities. She will be focusing on the north-east England region and will support DACB’s real estate health plan to secure strategic partnerships and boost independent sector work.

Lisa Geary, who was previously a partner, real estate head, and Leeds location head at Capsticks, has considerable expertise advising Yorkshire and northern NHS Trusts, primary care providers, and other healthcare groups on all property needs.

Lisa will expand DACB’s regional and national health practice and continue teaching NHS estate managers and board directors. Her legal expertise will also benefit the firm’s fast-growing national charity real estate clientele.
