Former KPMG strategy chief becomes TLT non-executive director.

TLT, a leading UK-based law firm, has recently appointed Rebecca Shalom as a non-executive director to support the firm’s growth strategy. 

With over 30 years of experience as a strategy and change expert, Rebecca will bring her expertise in driving transformations and advising leadership teams on strategy to TLT. Her expertise lies in dealing with challenging business issues, and she has led successful change initiatives in professional services, consumer goods and retail, industrial manufacturing, TMT, and private equity sectors.

Prior to joining TLT, Rebecca was a part of KPMG, where she led various business lines and professions. She was also a member of KPMG’s global management team for six years as head of strategy. 

At TLT, Rebecca will work closely with managing partner John Wood and the executive board to deliver the firm’s strategic vision of transforming client delivery, driving sustainable financial growth, and delivering a progressive workplace agenda with market-leading sustainability.
